1. What We Collect

Order info: name, email, shipping address, and order contents — collected at checkout.
Payment info: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Quote / contact requests: whatever you enter in a "Request a Quote," "Notify Me," or contact form — typically name, email, and your message.
Submitted designs: if you send us a design/model file or create an account to store one, we keep it on file to quote and produce your order (see Terms, Section 4, for how it's used).
Chat messages: if you use the AETHER chat widget, your messages are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate a response.

We don't use tracking cookies or browser local storage for advertising, and your cart isn't saved between visits — it only exists in your browser tab while you're shopping.

2. Who We Share It With

We use the following third-party services to run the Site. Each processes the data needed to perform its function, under its own privacy policy:

4. Data Retention

We keep order and account records as long as needed for accounting, warranty, and legal purposes. If you'd like a submitted design or account deleted, email us and we'll remove it unless we're required to keep a record (e.g. for tax purposes).

5. Your Choices

You can ask us at any time to: see what data we have on you, correct it, or delete it. Contact us at the email below.

6. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision.
