Retail Display Hardware
Deployed at a comic convention as customer-facing retail display. The client reported unprompted positive feedback from attendees on both appearance and function. The risers remain in monthly rotation at events.
Aetherforge is a small additive manufacturing shop in Texas working as a subcontractor to prime contractors. This page states what we can produce today, what our quality process is, and which registrations we do and do not currently hold — so you can decide in one read whether we are worth a call.
Production-grade FDM in engineering polymers, run and inspected in-house. We are a polymer additive shop — we do not currently machine metal, and we will say so rather than quote work we cannot hold tolerance on.
// MATERIAL OUTSIDE THIS LIST CAN USUALLY BE SOURCED FOR A QUALIFIED RUN — ASK.
We are not ISO 9001 or AS9100 certified. The above is a documented in-house process, not an accredited quality system. If your program requires a certified supplier, we are not the right shop yet — and we would rather tell you now.
Commercial work, delivered and in service. We have no prior government contracts — this is what we have actually built for paying customers, and it is the record we would ask you to judge us on.

Organisation and handling equipment for daily clinical workflow, produced as a repeating order rather than a one-off. PETG was selected for toughness and chemical resistance under routine surface disinfection. These are handling and organisation items, not patient-contact or sterilisable devices — we do not manufacture medical devices and do not represent these parts as autoclavable.

Drawings, quantity, material call-out and required date. We will come back with a price, a lead time, and an honest answer on whether the part is better printed or better machined elsewhere.
