The print farm comes first — CNC is next. Once the machines and the process are dialed in, titanium, S35VN steel, and 6061 aluminum hardware ship from the same building. Everything below is a preview, not a shelf.
Plenty of shops would take pre-orders on this and sort the machining out later. We'd rather show you exactly where the line stands and sell you nothing until it holds spec.
- These are designed, not rendered. Every concept below has been modeled and printed at full scale to check proportion and hand feel.
- Tolerance has to repeat. Hitting ±0.02 mm once isn't the bar — holding it across a full run is.
- Prices are estimates and will move. They're based on today's material costs and projected machine time, not a final quote.

Materials
Grade 5 Titanium
6Al-4V alloy. Aerospace-spec, corrosion resistant, roughly half the weight of steel at comparable strength.
S35VN Steel
Powder-metallurgy stainless with niobium carbides. Holds an edge well past where most steels give up.
6061-T6 Aluminum
Heat-treated aircraft aluminum. Light, machinable to a tight finish, anodizes clean in-house.

The print farm is running today
Metal is still in development, but the 3D printing side ships now — including functional Nylon-CF and PETG parts that cover a lot of what people come to CNC for.
